Happy afternoon, coffee lovers, once again I am here very happy and happy to belong to this incredible community and to be able to share my posts with you. For days I had been thinking about the idea of preparing a different coffee, with a different flavor, but I couldn't find an additional ingredient to add to it, until I came up with the great idea of adding a little cinnamon powder. To try it, nothing better than accompanying it with some delicious chocolate cookies. It was the best thing I could have done.
Feliz tarde, amantes del café, una vez más me encuentro por aquí muy contento y feliz de pertenecer a esta increíble comunidad y poder compartir con ustedes mis post. Desde hace días me estaba rondando por la cabeza la idea de preparar un café distinto, con un sabor distinto, pero no encontraba que ingrediente adicional echarle, hasta que se me ocurrió la grandiosa idea agregarle un poco de canela en polvo. Para probarlo nada mejor que acompañarlo con unas ricas de galletas de chocolate. Fue lo mejor que pude haber hecho.
The first thing I did was grab some coffee and put it in a pot, coffee left over from the morning, and I put it on to heat. When it started to boil I gradually added cinnamon powder, I didn't know how much to add and how it would turn out, so I was a little scared and nervous when I was doing it. But in the end I got the point and it tasted good. It is up to each person how to prepare it and how much cinnamon to put on it.
Lo primero que hice fue agarrar un poco de café y lo coloque en una ollita, café que quedo de la mañana y lo puse a calentar. Cuando empezó a hervir fui agregando poco a poco canela en polvo, no sabía que cantidad agregar y como iba a quedar, así que estaba un poco asustado y nervioso cuando lo estaba haciendo. Pero a la final le agarré el punto y quedo bien de sabor. Queda de parte y gusto de cada quien como prepararlo y que cantidad de canela echarle.
Next, I looked for a package of cookies that I had saved, it was the first time I had tried them, they also have a very strange name, the first time I had seen them. I uncovered it very carefully to see what they were like and taste them first before combining them with the coffee. They are very rich.
Seguidamente, busqué un paquete de galletas que tenía guardo, era la primera vez que las probaba, además tienen un nombre muy raro, primera vez que las veía. Lo destape con mucho cuidado para ver cómo eran y probarlas primero antes de combinarlas con el café. Son muy ricas.
The moment of truth arrived, I served some coffee in a small cup to taste it first and thus avoid wasting much coffee if I did not like it. It had a very rich smell, those two aromas of both coffee and cinnamon were crazy, making the kitchen permeate. Everyone at home was waiting to try this delicious coffee.
Llego el momento de la verdad, serví un poco de café en una taza pequeña para saborearlo primero y así evitar que si no me gustaba no desperdiciar mucho café. Tenía un olor muy rico, esos dos aromas tanto del café y la canela eran toda una locura, logrando que la cocina se impregnara. En casa todos estaban esperando para probar esa delicia de café.
I started to try a very small sip of coffee, just in case I didn't like it, since I drink only natural coffee and my biggest surprise was that I really liked the coffee-cinnamon combination, it has a very pleasant and tasty flavor. So I invited my family to try it and give me their opinion, they were all fascinated by the taste. I served the coffees and accompanied it with the rich chocolate cookies. I couldn't believe it would be so rich. I gave it to my whole family so that they could also enjoy and snack on that delicacy that I made.
Comencé a probar un sorbo muy pequeño de café, por si acaso no me gustaba, ya que soy de tomar café solo natural y mi mayor sorpresa fue que me gustó mucho la combinación café canela es un sabor muy agradable y sabroso. Así que invite a mi familia a probarlo y que me dieran su opinión, todos quedaron fascinados por el sabor. Serví los cafés y lo acompañamos con las ricas galletas de chocolate. No podía creer que quedaría tan rico. Le di a toda mi familia para que también disfrutaran y merendaran esa delicia que hice.
Coffee lovers, this is the first time I have made this invention and it has turned out great, I liked it, since it gives another flavor to the coffee, for the next time I will try another additional ingredient, I will tell you.
