Coffee is a beverage that represents us all, and every household has its own way of preparing it, with different brands of coffee and many other characteristics that define this drink. However, the essential thing is that it serves to recharge our spirits, spend time with family and friends, and coffee will always be present. This is why International Coffee Day is celebrated every year, something I learned about thanks to this community. As a coffee lover, I really appreciate every trip I make to the different coffee shops in my city, and it's a good time to take a look back at all those moments where coffee has always been there.
In recent months, I haven't been going out to cafés as much due to health and work issues, which have taken up a lot of my time. When I realize it, those outings, however simple they may be, will always be very important for me, simply because they allow me to take my mind off things, see things that are different from your surroundings, and have a coffee that is different from the ones you make at home. That's why I miss those moments when I went out and had a good time, and now that it's International Coffee Day, I can say that I went out and had a special coffee to commemorate the day.
The few outings I have made during those ten months of the year have been very sporadic, but on each one I have enjoyed a good coffee accompanied by delicious pastries, and every bite I take gives me a feeling of joy and happiness at having the opportunity to eat something different. These outings have been both alone and with others, and each one has left me with a memory, a message, and above all, good ideas that motivate me to continue with my daily life and, above all, to enjoy that great sip of coffee that one so eagerly awaits and dreams of when stepping into a coffee shop.
I have tried several types of coffee, but I always ask myself: Why don't I try another type? The answer is simple: when you like something, you always go back to it, no matter where you go, simply because you are a person who sticks to the same routine. If the whole community got together and everyone brought a different type of coffee, I would definitely go for a simple latte and be very happy with every sip of that drink.
I also accompany each of these outings with a sweet treat, which means spending a little more money, but I assure you that it's the best thing that can happen because you create a combination of flavors that you can only get in that place, where it's only International Coffee Day, but if you add that sweet treat, believe me, you'll want to keep drinking more coffee and eating more sweets, and that's when you become a true coffee lover.
I cherish every moment that passes, and this is a moment to express all the great affection and love I have for coffee and, above all, to be grateful for every outing I make and thus be able to celebrate that great International Coffee Day, which was celebrated a few days ago, but a true coffee lover will celebrate it every day by having the opportunity to wake up, go to the kitchen, and start the day with a good cup of coffee, something that has become a routine for everyone. Now there are many days left to continue drinking more coffee, and with this I say that life is too short not to drink good coffee.
