Hello Cinnamon Cup Coffee Community, how are you today ?. I hope everything is good
Today I will be making my post in Cinnamon Cup Coffee Community, and i want to share about a different way to enjoy Arabica Coffee in Indonesia, specially in Aceh Province. So, Stay tuned...
Fun Fact : There are several differences between Arabica coffee and other coffees based on their characteristics. Arabica coffee has a sweet and slightly sour taste due to its high sugar content. It also has a variety of aromas, unlike other coffees which have a nutty aroma before roasting. This coffee is also suitable for beginners where the caffeine content is slightly lower which makes the coffee not too strong. You can tell the difference between Arabica and Robusta coffee even though they are both black, Robusta coffee has a deep black color, while Arabica coffee has a soft black color and is not too thick.
In this post, I will share how people in my place enjoy Arabica coffee, including myself. Maybe this method is a little different from yours, but I think this method is the most unique I've ever seen.
When you order Arabica coffee at my place, you will be served a small cup of coffee and they serve it on a small plate. There is a certain purpose in providing a small plate under the coffee cup, not for fear that the coffee will spill, of course that cannot happen. This small plate is provided as a means to drink Arabica coffee deliciously, and you should try it.
how to pour enough coffee into the plate. Arabica coffee is served while still very hot, this makes it a little difficult for us to even sip it. By pouring it into a plate, the coffee will cool quickly because it is on a wide surface and it only takes a moment for the coffee to cool. After that you can sip it from the edge of the plate little by little. The coffee in the glass is not poured completely, but just enough so that the surface of the plate is not full and makes the coffee crumble when the plate is lifted.
Every time I drink coffee at the coffee shop at my place, everyone will chat with each other. When they chatted, they had already poured their coffee on their plates before they spoke. As the conversation progressed they would easily sip the coffee that was not too hot once in a while during the conversation, and that has its own sensation for us in Indonesia, especially in Aceh which is famous for its many coffee shops.
This time I had coffee at one of my favorite places in the Krueng Mane area, North Aceh, Indonesia. There is a comfortable place to hang out while drinking coffee. Many people relax while enjoying a cup of coffee there, it makes this shop very busy with visitors. The coffee blend here is very suitable for taste, even the coffee blend is very suitable for various types of coffee.
This is the atmosphere inside, I took a photo of it at midnight, and as you can see there are still people relaxing even though the clock is already midnight. They are here because they really want to enjoy coffee with comfortably.
This is where the coffee is made, there are also coffee sachets with various kinds, and also other drink sachets for those of you who don't like coffee.
This is a decent parking space to park my motorbike comfortably, the parking lot utilizes a building shop that is closed at night which is right next to the coffee shop, so people will park their two-wheeled vehicles comfortably in front of the closed shop, and this is something that is very profitable.
Maybe this is a short review about how people in my place enjoy Arabica coffee, and you should try it. Hope you like it, thank you and see you in the next post.
