Hola amigos de Hive, espero como siempre que se encuentren muy bien, el día de hoy vengo a mostrarles mi café favorito y que es por lejos el mejor según mi gusto, hablo del Café marca Anzoátegui tipo expreso de calidad Premium, este café en especial tiene un sabor intenso a tostado con matices que hacen recordar al chocolate caliente, además de tener un olor intenso un poco penetrante que nos hace recordar el proceso de tostado, haciendo así que para prepararlo hay que usarlo en pequeñas cantidades ya que como mencioné anteriormente su sabor y olor es intenso, soy fanático de los sabores fuertes así que ese café es ideal para mi, la verdad suelo comprar diferentes marcas de café cada vez que puedo, ya que soy todo un entusiasta del mundo del café así estoy constantemente buscando alguno que me guste y hasta el día de hoy no he conseguido un café mejor que el Anzoátegui.

Volviendo al café Anzoátegui, su sabor tostado es muy notable con cada trago que probamos, yo suelo usar muy poca azúcar ya que siento que la misma altera mucho el sabor, no hay nada mejor que el olor a café recién preparado por las mañanas, en mi caso suelo prepararlo de la siguiente manera, coloco agua a hervir, cuando rompa en hervor apago la hornilla y espero a que el agua deje de burbujear, añado el café y espero unos 3 minutos antes de colarlo haciéndolo de una manera similar al té, de esta manera nos aseguramos de sacarle el mayor provecho al café molido, una vez colado añado azúcar pero como mencioné anteriormente suelo añadir muy poca ya que no soy fanático del café dulce.
