It has been raining a lot lately, not only here in Maturín but throughout the region, and on days like these, the best thing to do is stay at home and keep warm... I've been feeling like I have allergies or the beginning of the flu, but I've been drinking anti-flu tea to ward off the flu, if it tries to come near me 😅 So these days I've been staying home, trying to go out as little as possible so I don't get caught in the rain and get wet.
But as with everything, there are always exceptions, especially when it comes to a coffee with a sweet treat, hehehe, so without thinking too much about it because it was getting late, we went to an Arab restaurant near my house that I had been to before, but to eat, which, by the way, is delicious. They also have a café area and Arabic sweets, which we didn't try that time because we went for dinner and it was too late to enjoy coffee with sweets, but we'll have to try them next time. I let myself be guided by the recommendations, because it was my first time trying these sweets... But I love pistachios, and for many of these sweets, that's the main ingredient, so I was very excited, hehehe.
We ordered several to try: 1. Baklava, which was like thin layers of puff pastry filled with a mixture of pistachios covered in syrup. It was delicious! I think this was my favorite. 2. Kataifi pastry nests, which are made of super thin strands of pastry and were also filled with pistachios. Very tasty. 3. A finger-shaped pastry filled with pistachios and almonds with a super thin, crunchy coating. 4. I don't remember the name of this last one, but I chose it because it was filled with cashews, and my companion loves cashews, hehehehe. I accompanied these sweets with a delicious coffee.
I think I'll be back soon. I loved all the sweets, the place, and of course the service... Alganna Sweet Recommended ✅

Estos días han sido dias lluviosos, no solo aquí en Maturín sino en toda la región y en días asi lo que provoca es estar en casa bien calientitos... He estado como con una alergia o principio de gripe, pero he estado tomando té antigripales para alejar la gripe, si es que se quiere acercar a este organismo 😅 así que en estos días he estado tranquila aquí en mí casa, procurando salir lo menos posible para que no vaya agarrar una lluvia en la calle y me toque mojarme.
Pero como todo, siempre hay sus excepciones y más cuando se trata de un cafecito con un dulcito jejeje asi que sín pensarlo mucho porque luego se hace tarde, fuimos a un restaurante arabe que queda cerca de casa y al que había ido antes pero a comer, que por cierto se come super rico, también tienen un area de cafeteria y dulces arabes que esa vez o probamos porque fuimos a cenar y ya era tarde para disfrutar de un café con dulcitos pero queo pendiente. Me deje llevar por las recomendaciones, porque era mi primera vez probando estos dulces... Pero me encanta el pistacho y para muchos de estos dulces ese es el ingrediente principal, asi que estaba muy emocionada jejejeje.
Pedimos varios para probar: 1. Baklava, que era como una masa se hojaldre en finas capas relleno con una mezcla de pistachos bañados con algun almíbar, esta deliciosooo, creo que este fue mi favorito. 2. Nidos de pasta Kataifi que es una pasta en hilos super finos y tambien estaba relleno de pistachos, muy rico. 3.Un dedito relleno de pistacho y almendras con una cubierta super delgada y crujiente y 4. Este ultimo no recuerdo su nombre, pero lo escogí porque estaba relleno de merey y a mi acompañante le encanta el merey jejejeje estos dulces los acompañe con un rico café.
Creo que volvere pronto, me encanto todo los dulces, el lugar y por supuesto la atención... Alganna Sweet Recomendado ✅
