A friend recommended this place to me several days ago, but due to time and obvious reasons I couldn't go until just the other day. This place is located in El Salvador's hospital district, known as Colonia Médica.
What makes it special? Well, the experience is unique because when you go, you'll be met with an amazing coffee aroma that wraps around the entire block. That's because they roast the coffee right on the spot—yes, you heard that right. Of course, that's only if you have enough time; if not, you can leave with coffee roasted the day before or earlier.
This will give you an unmatched experience because you'll taste a unique flavor that tastes like heaven. You won't find this experience just anywhere, I guarantee it.
Likewise, you can go and ask them to roast the coffee in their roastery, and take it home freshly roasted and ground, which will give your palate that one-of-a-kind experience.
The other detail is their prices—they're well below market prices, and that doesn't mean it's bad. On the contrary, being in a commercial area, they had to adapt to the surroundings and compete on quality and price. Now, back to the coffee—they also have exquisite desserts in a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable place. Because of its location, it's very quiet, which makes the setting silent, especially when you want to talk to someone without noise or when you want to read a good book with total concentration. So when you want a quiet, cheap, and silent space, this is the place.
What's the downside? Of course, not everything is perfect. Their hours are 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, which doesn't leave much room for evenings—when we all look for time to meet up with friends. The reason for this, the owner told me, is that after those hours the area becomes very quiet and, according to their analysis, there are no more visitors.
But despite that, the place is magical and beautiful to come visit and enjoy at cheap prices, in a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

Un amigo me recomendo este lugar hace varios dias pero por tiempo y por razones obvias no pude, ir hasta un dia de estos, este lugar esta ubicado en la zona hospitalaria de El Salvador conocido como colonia medica.
Que lo hace especial, bueno la experiencia es unica ya que cuando vas te encontraras con un sorprendente aroma a cafe que envuelve la cuadra por completo y esto es debido a que el cafe te lo tuestan en el momento, si escuchaste bien, claro eso si tienes suficiente tiempo sino pues te vas con el café tostado del dia anterior o anteriores.
Esto te dara una experiencia inigualable por que sentiras un sabor único que sabe a gloria, por que no vas a encontrar esta experiencia en cualquier parte te lo garantizo.
Asi mismo puedes ir y pedir que te tuesten el café en su tostaduría, y lo puedas llevar a casa recien tostado y molido lo que hara que a tu paladar le des esa experiencia única.
El otro detalle son sus precios esta muy por debajo de los precios de mercado y eso no significa que sea malo al contrario al estar en una zona comercial se tuvieron que adaptar al entorno y conpetir en calidad y precio, mi indicador es el indice capuchino de El Salvador, el cual espero compartir con todos ustedes pronto.
Bueno volviendo al café tambien tiene postres exquisitos en un bello lugar amplio y comodo con mucho silencio por su ubicación hace que el ento3no sea silencioso especialmente cuando quieres hablar con alguien sin bullicio o cuando quieres leer un buen libro en total concentración, esto en nuestros días de bullicio y voragine es una caracterisrica que todos añoramos y valoramos.
Así que cuando quieras un espacio quieto, barato, y silencioso este es el lugar.
Que tiene de malo claro no todo es perfecto, sus horarios son de 7 am a 6 pm de Lunes a Sabado, lo que no da mucho margen nocturno que es cuando todos buscamos nuestro tiempo de reuniones con los amigos, cual es la razón de esto me comentaba el dueño que es por que despues de esos horarios la zona se vuelve muy quieta y según sus analisis ya no hay visitas.
Pero a pesar de esto el lugar es magico y precioso para venir a visitar disfrutar a precios baratos, y en un ambiente comodo y comfortable.
