COFFEE BARISTA
In the midst of such dynamic changes, the presence of a barista as a profession with all the foresight, creativity and innovation is something that is really needed for those who provide coffee, be it in a coffee shop, restaurant or cafe. Likewise with Kopi Q, with a mission to save the quality of coffee in the magical hands of a barista.
Activities that are usually carried out by a barista are never separated from calibration, cupping, and brewing. Cupping, the art of evaluating coffee, is an activity carried out by Kopi Q baristas when there is a new single origin with the aim of knowing the character of the coffee. This activity is never separated from the basic part where they add insight, one of which is used as a story when having a dialogue with customers who usually explain the one cup of coffee they sip.
Then the barista also calibrates every morning and at every shift change with the aim of making standard flavors of espresso , cappuccino and americano . Calibration, which is a mandatory activity for the baristas, also increases knowledge in knowing the grinding, dossing, leveling, tamping, brewing processes and the last is sharing.
Tells about coffee. Coffee is a drink that is in great demand by people. With a very delicious taste in every brew. It makes people have high imagination. Coffee makes the brain inspire. The words that are uttered a lot by young people today are all about coffee (when the brain needs inspiration). Not just delicious. But coffee unites us and all coffee lovers in every country.
