I won't lie, that cheesy thing looks mouth-watering :D To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of these pick-up and go coffee places, since for me, sitting for a coffee is part of its charm, you know? But from what you've described, it seems you had quite a lovely (and yummy) time! :)
