A Coffee to Beat Boredom
There are days that become monotonous, when daily activities envelop us in an endless routine of actions that are performed almost automatically, causing our bodies to shut down and our spirits to become discouraged. But we can't let our emotions shut down like that, which is why it becomes necessary to pause and break with those boring routines, to make way for a moment of tranquility and good energy.

This is how snacks become the ideal opportunity to share with friends or with ourselves, and this is where the magic of a good coffee comes into play to liven up any space, giving us a unique aroma and incredible flavor, which are the perfect combination to recharge our batteries and, in a way, bring us back to life.
This time, I chose a 100% Venezuelan coffee, whose beans are grown in the cities of Socopó, west of the state of Barinas, a federal entity characterized by its plains, but which also has a large area at the foot of the Andes mountains, where excellent quality coffee is grown at high altitudes.
This time, I didn't use the traditional coffee filter, but instead I'm going to show you a new coffee maker that I bought a couple of days ago and that I'm very happy with, as it simplifies the process while still ensuring effective and very clean filtering, resulting in coffee that retains all its attributes.
Following the step-by-step instructions, I prepared a few cups of coffee, one of which was to be consumed immediately and the others I would reserve in a thermos, to have a good supply for the rest of the afternoon and part of the evening. Unlike coffees from other latitudes, Venezuelan coffee has very peculiar characteristics that those of us from these lands can appreciate immediately, as the color of the powder is unique, its texture incomparable, and its aroma irresistible.
Little by little, the brewed coffee fell into the glass jug, with that typical sound of coffee makers and an intense but divine aroma. For a few seconds, I was transported to a place dominated by tranquility and calm, where problems are reduced to a minimum and the stresses of a busy daily life seem to have been put on hold.
I must confess that I like my coffee a little sweet, which is why I am generous with the sugar, especially when I know I am going to accompany it with a slightly salty snack.
On this occasion, I didn't need great company, as a good dose of crackers and a cup of strong gourmet coffee made me feel fulfilled. With each sip, my energy increased, I regained my happiness, and I felt much more eager to carry on with a rather busy and somewhat tumultuous day. But in general terms, it's a normal day to thank all the forces of the universe for allowing us to breathe once again.
Propatria gourmet coffee, with its medium/dark roast, offers us a sea of flavors, where we can find notes of cocoa and an origin that is far from bitter, naturally opening the doors to a sweet touch that I find truly incredible. As always with these types of products, we are talking about an Arabica bean of excellent quality, and the results are palpable from the aroma to the flavor.
