I think good coffee should be strong and black. No sugar, no milk, and not just because I'm trying to cut back on the former and allergic to the latter. Today, I did something unthinkable most of the time and brewed some instant coffee. Sacrifices must be made sometimes, but I need to restock on the good stuff. One advantage to living in the Pacific Northwest is the abundance of small coffee snob roasters.
