There espresso is not enjoyed by sipping it slowly, in fact they are used to doing it while standing in front of the table greeting the barista and then leaving.
Currently espresso has been worldwide. Who doesn't know this drink, right?
Many people around the world do not enjoy their espresso as people in Italy do, espresso is also enjoyed slowly while relaxing and enjoying. Glass size is no longer an issue. If you feel your espresso is lacking because the glass is small, then you can order a double espresso or a ristretto.
The very bitter taste of espresso is due to the brewing process by extracting the coffee beans and using only a small amount of water. Although the bitter taste of coffee is also influenced by the type of coffee and the roasting method, the extraction process has forced out all the substances contained in the coffee beans and the result is truly the essence of coffee.
