SUCULENTP COFFEE
Hello my hive friends of this community where I feel very identified since it is about my favorite drink, coffee.
My relationship with coffee has been since my childhood, my mother used to brew coffee daily in the morning and in the afternoon with a delicious coffee with milk, my whole family is a lover of this beverage, now in my own home this beverage is the protagonist of all the dynamics of the home.
A few days ago a coffee seller came to work, he was selling coffee beans, the selection that is made is very careful only choosing some seeds of the same.
The first thing is the process of drying or roasting in the sun, it is spread out and left to dry completely between one to two days, when it is completely dry and without signs of humidity it is uncovered to show the coffee bean, then it is placed again in the sun for one more day, it is cooked so that it begins to take on its characteristic dark color.
At this point our beans are ready to be ground and proceed to be strained.
The good thing about acquiring these seeds is that they are pure coffee without any type of extra additives.
Coffee in each region tastes different, there are so many coffee cultures to be explored that there is not enough time for so much diversity.
In my case I have used coffee in baking since I love to add it to chocolate cakes because it gives a more pure and delicate flavor.
The good thing about it is that there are so many options to use it in cocktails, pastries, food and more.
