Hello very good morning lovers of the great aroma and taste of coffee. I hope you are all feeling well, full of energy.
As I always say, there is no better way to lift your spirits, strength and spirit than having a good cup of coffee when you wake up.
After a somewhat intense morning of household chores, taking care of my daughter, preparing snacks and then lunch, we needed a good boost of energy to continue our day. We needed a good shot of energy to continue the day. So I decided to prepare a delicious coffee cortadito, this would undoubtedly stimulate us to continue...
This time I would love to share with you how I made this delicious Cuban style coffee cortadito.

Prepare the coffee pot, but first rinse it and wash it inside. Once this process has been carried out, proceed to fill it with water up to the valve; as a good Cuban, we already have almost an exact measure so that it is neither too watery nor too strong.
Then place the cap, and pour the coffee with the help of the measuring spoon, taking only two spoonfuls, not too full, otherwise it would be too strong.
Close the coffee pot, and at the top, pour two small teaspoons of sugar. Once the coffee has brewed, you can add more to taste.

Prepare the cups to taste this marvel, jj. To each cup, I added a spoonful of powdered milk, this is to the consumer's taste. Then I poured the hot coffee, and dissolved it with a spoon.
The next thing was to lie down on the couch, or the sofa, and have a nice cup of coffee, in the company of your loved ones, contemplating the small garden. Relaxing with the soft and fresh aroma of "La carretera", I must say that to my personal taste, it is one of the coffees that I adore the most, for its texture, its strong and delicious smell, and its purity
