Cappuccino served with a truffle chocolate and a hot chocolate served with a gingerbread man
It's been a while since I wrote a blog - I'm now in the Netherlands and loving it here. My girlfriend came to visit me from South Africa and we've been exploring some new places here.
Tonight took us to Haarlem, which was about a 45 minute train ride from where I live.
We landed up in this chocolate heaven. At this point I realised that I had to blog about this wonderful discovery.
This was a place very similar place to one that we frequented in Johannesburg, South Africa called "Melt" which was a chocolate delicatessen. I noticed that they also serve breakfasts and sandwiches similar to the open sandwiches that we also used to have at Melt. There I remember an open sandwich with salmon and pickled cucumbers that was a favourite of mine.
Definitely a place to revisit.
