In that coffee shop where I saw him for the first time, my whole being trembled. I had many mixed feelings because I didn't know what impression he would have of me when he saw me and what my attitude would be when I was in front of him. My heart was beating with great emotion, since I would finally see in person the one who spoke to me so much about love. We had friends in common on social networks and we began to talk, to talk about our things, what we liked, what we disliked and also what we did on a daily basis.
That day, when I met him, when we met in that coffee shop, which later would be the place where we would meet to celebrate each year of that wonderful day. Remembering that first coffee we shared, where his gaze met mine, enveloping us in love. Then, the afternoon was short for us to chat and get to know each other more and more.
We shared snacks and laughed about everything, we had the whole world to ourselves. We knew that so many things we had in common magically connected us and projected us towards such a promising future. Hours passed and as we watched the twilight sunset, our hands touched and then wanted to play caressing each other until we were intertwined for a long time.
I will never forget how, that afternoon, he caressed my face as if he wanted to draw it and capture it in his memory, because he knew that I was the one he wanted to see every day for the rest of his life.
We wanted to merge into one, but at that moment we realized that there were too many people, that that cafeteria was no longer the place for us. Then we realized that we had to look for a more private place, to satiate our crazy desire to kiss, to let what we felt flow, forgetting our shyness.
