December is a month of joy for everyone, not only for Christians who will celebrate Christmas and New Year's Eve, but for employees and for teachers like me, the euphoria of December penetrates into my deepest bones, how come it's not because it's December? This is where I get up to 2 weeks off without having to think about work. Because this December, the odd semester has ended and the distribution of report cards has also been completed. For my Christian friends and students, they can go back to their hometown and celebrate Christmas and New Year together, while for me, who is Muslim, I will spend time on vacation with my family.
Yesterday was my first and closest vacation after the distribution of odd semester report cards before I did another 2 days of touring with a trip of about 1000 km on my motorcycle. Yesterday my trip started to the tourist area of Tongging. Lake Toba tourism with clear fresh water without being contaminated by factory wastes as well as mountain tourism because Lake Toba is located in a green mountainous area with cold weather and cool air. You will feel at home for long in this tourist spot.
Because of the cold air from the mountains, we decided to take a break at one of the coffee shops in this place. This coffee shop is right in front of Lake Toba and the Tongging landmark is right in front of it. This coffee shop consists of two floors, the first floor is designated for a mini market and the second floor is for a cafe that is not too big. However, the scenery in this cafe is very nice to enjoy. From the second floor of this cafe, we will be presented with a very beautiful view of Lake Toba that looks like a painting. Not only that, the expanse of green mountains that surround Lake Toba will be a very beautiful, neat blend without the slightest gap. This is a highly recommended place.
At the Cafe we ordered 2 glasses of drink, one hot lemon tea and one I ordered specifically for my husband, namely hot ginger lemon grass coffee. The lemon tea that I ordered uses local lemons with a sweet taste that is not too excessive and the sour taste of the oranges is also not too sour. It feels really good on my tongue for those who don't like sweet flavors. Our order came very hot, why does it have to be in a state of boiling water because the mountain breeze will very quickly make the coffee cold, therefore the coffee maker or hot drink in this cafe really makes the order with a very low water temperature. boil so that it can last a long time to enjoy.
The coffee that is served is also very good and tastes very good, I really like this, the combination of coffee beans that are ground directly at this shop, also the milk mixture that is not too excessive makes this coffee not too sweet, besides that, in this coffee I found ginger grilled that has been roasted to warm the body and a stalk of lemon grass with its distinctive aroma. Aya really likes this coffee, it tastes very delicious and after it passes through the throat there is a warm feeling that spreads to the stomach so that we won't catch a cold while enjoying it. making this coffee not just a drink but a body warmer.
