Weekend has begun and the early birds (my kids) are playing around. As soon as they are not crying or fighting, everything is perfect! This week I received a new monthly delivery from my favorite coffee dealer - Dabov Specialty coffee. Today I will be enjoying an espresso coffee and it’s a new blend.
It’s called a Love blend and is made exclusively this month for the 14th February. This coffee is currently the coffee of the month too and comes with a discount of 15%. I remember they had a similar blend for the day of St Valentine, but it was more expensive then. This year it’s about $12(per 200g) while last year it was more near the $20(per 200g) price tag.
Love blend is a black labeled exclusive coffee which should have some fancy aromas of flowers, tropical fruits and milk chocolate. Seems right for a 14th February blend, right? Now I’ll enjoy this coffee on the espresso maker. We also have an espresso cup that’s branded and came as present with one of our purchases.
It’s a classical Italian thick wall cup. I think it is best used when pre-heated before you make coffee. Thus, the cup will absorb heat and keep your coffee warm for a longer period of time. Brewing in a cold cup, on the other hand, will have a negative effect on your coffee. The thick walls will absorb the heat from your coffee fast and your precious drink will be relatively cold in no time.
Now… the Gift of the month. As you may know from one of my previous posts, Dabov Specialty coffee shop gives a present if you make a purchase for more than $70 and if your purchase is made between 5th and 20th day in every month. Last month the present was 200 grams of coffee, and what about February?
Gift of the month this time is a nice Egyptian Mint tea, made exclusively by DelmarTe. Dabov specialty coffee are also delivering tea by this nice brand. They are in the tea business for a year or two now and although I do not drink tea so often, I enjoy a cup of beautiful tea from time to time. And when the tea is a high quality one, the final result cannot be a bad one.
Now as my morning has started in a great manner, with some beautiful coffee, I expect that the following part of the day will be very well enjoyed as well. Hopefully, the kids are gonna be in a good shape during the day too. 😁
