Hello beautiful coffee loving community, this is my first post here. Just a few days ago I made my presentation in HIVE, this platform full of opportunities. I love coffee and as soon as I heard about the contest I decided to participate.
With this post I join you in celebrating International Coffee Day. I apologize for entering almost at the deadline, but certain circumstances prevented me from doing so earlier. In response to question number 1 I leave you my snapshots with their dedications and a bit of my experiences.
"Life is a cycle and you have to enjoy each stage to the fullest, that is the secret of happiness"
I grew up in a home where we all loved coffee. In my childhood home, my grandfather planted a coffee plantation in his backyard 60 years ago. Until today it has served for the self-consumption of the whole family. Its cultivation and processing has always been done in an artisanal manner. In its harvesting, pulping, drying, roasting and grinding we have all participated in some way. Our family's life has always been linked to it. Although we live far away, every year we take home a piece of that land that saw us grow and we enjoy it in the aroma of a delicious cup of coffee.
"The nostalgia of times gone by marks my days, for you my friend, a piece of my soul"
I remember the countless times I shared a cup of coffee with my best friend. Today she lives far away and we haven't seen each other for more than three years. A mixture of feelings overwhelms me every time I think of her. Many times over a good cup of coffee we cried, we consoled each other, we gave each other advice and above all we laughed out loud. I long for the day we can do it again.
"With you I have shared my best coffees"
My husband, my eternal boyfriend. We have been together for more than thirty years. In all this time we have shared sweet, bitter, sad, joyful, worried, excited, stressed, relaxed, indignant, happy, empty, full coffees, in short... many of them. The most important thing is that after so many years, we enjoy sharing them as the first day.
I hope you like my post and good luck to all participants.
