Hoy pasando un sábado diferente donde fui de visita a casa de mi hermana Hive account@oli1965, a pasar y compartir momentos en familia que muchas veces hacen falta. Hablamos y compartimos de todo un poco. Pero como de costumbre nunca debe faltar en nuestras charlas un rico cafecito negrito. Así que me ofrecí a prepararlo.
Me dirigí a la cocina monte el agua, a esperar que hierba, prepare el volador, agregué el café para luego proceder a colarlo, y por último un ingrediente primordial el azúcar.

Today was a different Saturday where I went to visit my sister's house Hive account@oli1965, to spend and share family moments that are often missing. We talked and shared a little bit of everything. But as usual, a delicious black coffee should never be missing in our chats. So I offered to prepare it.
I went to the kitchen to mount the water, to wait for it to boil, I prepared the volador, added the coffee and then proceeded to strain it, and finally a primordial ingredient, the sugar.

Listo el cafecito, una de las cosas que me encanta de esta bebida es el aroma, su olor, que perfuma el ambiente y lo hace más hogareño. Recuerdo cuando era adolescente que pasaban una propaganda que me encantaba muchísimo, era una mujer morena que salía muy sonriente, y al fondo se escuchaba una canción que decía: Por el aroma yo lo sé, fama de América el mejor café, y de verdad no sé equivocaban, era demasiado rico.

Ready coffee, one of the things I love about this drink is the aroma, its smell, which perfumes the environment and makes it more homely. Así que procedimos a degustar mientras charlamos, luego llegó mi sobrina con un apetitoso chik cake para acompañarlo delicioso.

Fué toda una tarde - noche especial, unidos en armonía, compartiendo entre risas y recuerdo, y por supuesto para alegrar más el ambiente nuestro amigo el café hizo acto de presencia. Este señor está presente en todos los hogares del mundo, y lo podemos tomar con diferentes ingredientes y acompañarlos con lo que sea, galletitas, pan, arepa, tortas, leche, en fin con lo que sea. De verdad que fué una maravillosa idea el que fundó esta comunidad, así podemos aprender como se puede preparar de diferentes maneras, leyendo los blogs de nuestros amigos usuarios de todo el mundo.
