Once upon a time, there was a little bee who lived in her hive near a small coffee shop. They were all hard workers there and were always striving to have the necessary food for when winter would come.
One day, something unexpected happened, winter came early and although they were very cautious, they were not prepared.
The food they had could only last a few days and they had no idea what to do.
However, that little bee was not going to give up so easily, even though it was snowing and she was at risk of freezing her wings, she flew to her surroundings to see if she could get some food or a better place where they could be protected from the cold.
Although he could see almost nothing due to the haze caused by the cold, in the distance he noticed smoke coming out of a chimney, so he approached as fast as he could to find out what it was.
When he arrived, it was a small cafeteria with a few people but with a lot of food, and if that wasn't enough, the sweet coffee that people drank could be used to make the most delicious honey while the summer was coming.
She quickly returned to her hive and informed all the members what she had found, everyone was already very weak because she was very hungry so as a last option they accepted what the little bee proposed to them, which was to go there all of them.
So it was that the queen and all the others went following a bee that did not want to be defeated.
Arriving all to the cafeteria without any permission they were located in the upper part, they entered through a window, in this area no one climbed, it was warm and also if they needed food they could go down without any problem.
That day they ate until they were satisfied with the leftovers left by those who ate there, from the coffee cups they began to drink to make the sweet honey.
A few days passed and the owner of the place realized what was happening, she had seen many bees roaming the place.
One day she followed one of them and discovered that the top of her coffee shop was full of bees, she did not know what to do, she had to call someone to remove the bees, it was dangerous.
Once again the little bee, who was not going to let herself be defeated when she saw that she had been discovered, approached the lady, explained what was happening and promised her that they were not going to harm any of her clients, they just needed a place to stay while the winter was passing.
The woman as she had a good heart was thinking and when she looked up she saw that they were making a lot of honey. Without thinking twice she came up with a brilliant idea, she was going to let them stay there but on the condition that they would give her honey to put it as an ingredient in the coffee of her clients.
After consulting with the others they all agreed to make this deal with the lady, so they began to work hard as they were accustomed to make delicious honey.
When the lady tasted it, it was the most exquisite honey she had ever tasted and she began to add honey from those hard working bees to the coffee instead of sugar. The people who frequented the coffee shop when they tasted the coffee with honey were fascinated, the taste was delicious, they had never tasted a better coffee and they began to spread the word of how tasty the coffee was prepared there, the coffee shop was now always full of people.
The lady was very happy, never before had her coffee shop done so well, it was a little out of town but now people did not hesitate to drive a little further just to have a nice cup of coffee from there.
After the winter was over, the day came when the bees were going to leave for their old home. The lady was very sad because again the people were going to stop coming because although she made delicious coffee, the honey that she put from those bees made the people feel something magical in their mouths, no one could match that taste.
The little bee realized her sadness and talked to the others to continue making the honey there for her. They all quickly accepted because when they had nowhere to live, nothing to eat and no way to work, she had opened the door for them because she had not taken them out of that place.
That is how that little coffee shop became famous for selling that delicious coffee with delicious honey, everyone was dying to try that delicious coffee, they came from everywhere to try it and it was like that for many, many years.
Moral
Although we lose everything we have, we must never lose hope that everything can improve.
Whenever it is in our power we must help, it is very likely that we are the ones who receive the most help. We must be grateful and recognize when someone does something good for us. Lastly, be innovative, if there is something very common in our business that we can change, we must do it, we should not be afraid, sometimes another ingredient makes the difference.

Habia una vez, una abejita que vivía en su colmena cerca de de una pequeña cafetería. Todas allí eran muy trabajadoras y se esforzaban siempre por tener el alimento necesario para cuando llegará el invierno.
Un día, ocurrio algo inesperado, se adelantó el invierno y a pesar de que eran muy precavidos, no estaban preparados.
El alimento que tenía solo le podían durar unos pocos días y no tenían idea de que podían hacer.
Pasaron los días y no podían hacer nada, al parecer había llegado su fin. sin embargo, esa pequeña abejita no se iba a dar por vencida tan fácilmente, a pesar de que estaba nevando y corría riesgo de que se congelaran sus alas, voló a sus alrededores para ver si podía conseguir algún alimento o un mejor sitio donde pudieran estar protegidos del frío.
Aunque no podía ver casi nada debido a la neblina provocada por el frío, a lo lejos observó humo saliendo de una chimenea, así que se acercó lo más rápido que pudo para averiguar de qué se trataba.
Cuándo llegó se trataba de la pequeña cafetería con alguna que otra persona pero con mucha comida, por si fuera poco el café dulce qué tomaban las personas se podía utilizar para hacer la más rica miel mientras llegaba el verano.
Rápidamente se devolvió a su Colmena e informo a todos los integrantes lo que había encontrado, ya todos estaban muy débiles porque tenía mucha hambre así que como última opción aceptaron lo que la abejita les propuso, que fue dirigirse hacia allá todos.
Así fue que la reina y y todos los demás se fueron siguiendo a una abeja que no quería dejarse vencer.
A llegar todos a la cafetería sin ningún permiso se ubicaron en la parte de arriba, entraron por una ventana, en esta zona no subía nadie, era caliente y además si necesitaban alimentos podrían bajar sin ningún problema.
Ese día comieron hasta quedar satisfechos de las sobras que dejaban los qué comían allí, de las tazas de café comenzaron a beber para realizar la dulce miel.
Pasaron unos días y la dueña del lugar se dio cuenta de lo que estaba pasando había visto muchas abejas recorriendo el lugar.
Un día siguió a una de ellas y así descubrió que la parte de arriba de su cafetería estaba llena de muchas abejas, ella no sabía qué hacer tenía que llamar a alguien para que sacara las abejas, era peligroso.
De nuevo la abejita que no se iba a dejar vencer al ver que la habían descubierto se acercó a la señora, le explico lo que estaba pasando y le prometió qué no le iban a hacer daño a ninguno de sus clientes solo necesitaban un lugar donde quedarse mientras pasaba el invierno.
La mujer como tenia buen corazón se quedó pensando y al levantar la mirada vio qué estaban haciendo mucha miel. Sin pensarlo dos veces se le ocurrió una idea brillante, iba a dejarla que se quedarán allí pero con la condición de qué le dieran miel para colocarlo como ingrediente en el café de sus clientes.
Luego al consultarlo con los demás todos accedieron al realizar ese trato con la señora, así comenzaron a trabajar duro como ya estaban acostumbrados para hacer rica miel.
Cuando la señora la probó era la miel más exquisita que había probado nunca y comenzó a colocarle al café en vez de azúcar miel de esas abejas trabajadoras. Las personas que frecuentaban la cafetería al probar el café con miel quedaron fascinados el sabor era delicioso nunca habian probado un mejor café y comenzaron a correr la voz de lo sabroso que preparaban el café allí, la cafetería ahora siempre se la pasaba llena de gente.
La señora estaba muy contenta nunca antes le había ido tan bien a su cafetería, esta quedaba un poco retirado del pueblo pero ahora las personas no dudaban de manejar un poco más solo para tomarse un rico café de allí.
Luego qué pasó el invierno llegó el día en que las abejas se iban a marchar a su antiguo hogar. La señora se puso muy triste porque de nuevo iban a dejar de ir las personas porque aunque ella hacía el café delicioso, la miel que le colocaba de esas abejas hacia que las personas sintieran algo mágico en su boca, ese sabor nadie lo podía igualar.
La abejita se dio cuenta de su tristeza y habló con los demás para seguir haciendo la miel allí para ella. Todos aceptaron rápidamente porque cuando no tenían dónde vivir, ni que comer, ni cómo trabajar ella le había abierto la puerta ya que no los había sacado de ese lugar.
Así fue como esa pequeña cafetería se hizo famosa al vender ese rico café con deliciosa miel, todos morían por probar ese delicioso café, venían de todos lados a probarlo y fue así durante muchísimos años.
Moraleja
Aunque llegamos a perder todo lo que tenemos nunca debemos perder la esperanza de que todo puede mejorar
Siempre que está en nuestra mano debemos ayudar es muy probable que seamos nosotros los que recibamos más ayuda.
Debemos ser agradecidos y reconocer cuando alguien hace algo bueno por nosotros.
Por último ser innovadores, si en nuestro negocio hay algo muy común y el cual podemos cambiar, debemos hacerlo no nos debe dar miedo a veces otro ingrediente hace la diferencia.
