This is the first time I write in this community that I recently discovered shame on me and it seemed like the right place to talk about this place that I visited a few days ago. In the meantime, I'll briefly introduce myself, I'm Noemi, Italian, passionate about food, travel and oriental culture. And a caffeine addict. I love espresso and macchiato coffee more than anything else, I usually drink way too much coffee a day. I found this place called coffee roasting in Agliana by pure chance. My husband and I entered attracted by a blackboard with the varieties of coffee served. In addition to coffee, the place also serves various types of loose leaf tea, artisanal sweets and various delicacies of their own production but obviously their specialty is coffee of which they have a truly vast selection. The place is small but furnished in a very nice way, a truly welcoming place with a vaguely retro decor.

Esta es la primera vez que escribo en esta comunidad que recientemente descubrí que me da vergüenza y me pareció el lugar adecuado para hablar de este lugar que visité hace unos días. Antes que nada me presentaré brevemente, soy Noemi, italiana, apasionada por la comida, los viajes y la cultura oriental. Y adicto a la cafeína. Lo que más me gusta es el café espresso y el macchiato, aunque suelo beber demasiado café al día. Encontré este lugar llamado Coffee Roasting en Agliana por pura casualidad. Mi marido y yo entramos atraídos por un pizarrón con las variedades de café que servían. Además del café, el lugar también sirve varios tipos de té de hojas sueltas, dulces artesanales y diversas delicias de producción propia pero obviamente su especialidad es el café del cual tienen una selección realmente amplia. El local es pequeño pero muy bien decorado, un lugar realmente acogedor con una decoración vagamente retro.
The place also has a small outdoor space with chairs and tables, it is really a simple but welcoming place. The owner welcomed us with great enthusiasm explaining and illustrating the various coffees, the single origin ones, that is, roasted and not mixed with other varieties, the tasting coffees with stronger or more delicate aromas from India, Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala and Nicaragua. He told us that they also do coffee tastings and some coffees are of their own production with different blends gran crema, auper gusto, oscura. My husband and I finally ordered some Arabica blend coffees, simple but with a strong and decisive taste. We also decided that we will return because the variety of coffees is really excellent and to pair them they have various desserts made by them. I think this is a great place for coffee lovers because the offer is really wide and the owner is very available to recommend the best blend. They also sell special coffees in capsules. El lugar también cuenta con un pequeño espacio exterior con sillas y mesas, es realmente un lugar sencillo pero acogedor. El propietario nos recibió con mucho entusiasmo, explicándonos e ilustrándonos los distintos cafés, los de origen único, es decir tostados y no mezclados con otras variedades, los cafés de degustación con aromas más fuertes o delicados de la India, Etiopía, Brasil, Guatemala y Nicaragua. Nos comentó que también hacen catas de café y algunos cafés son de producción propia con diferentes mezclas: gran crema, auper gusto, oscura. Mi marido y yo finalmente pedimos unos cafés de mezcla arábica, sencillos pero con un sabor fuerte y decidido. También decidimos que volveremos porque la variedad de café es realmente excelente y para maridarlo tienen diversos postres caseros. Creo que este es un gran lugar para los amantes del café porque la oferta es realmente amplia y el dueño está muy disponible para recomendar la mejor mezcla.
