Among the piercing winds of Cesme, in Turkey on the shores of the Aegean Sea, I want to drink tea in a cozy cafe, to sit for a long time, wrapped in a blanket and this is the pleasure of autumn...
When I lived in Ukraine, it was my favorite hobby to find new cozy exclusive cafes and write posts about them :)
But when we arrived in March in Turkey, the city of Kemer, I was unhappy because I couldn't find a cafe where I could warm up!
After all, the heating system in Turkey is different from Europe. I saw in Kemer only air conditioners in hotels and electric heaters in cafes. So we sat in winter clothes, drank hot tea and our feet still remained cold!!!
That's why I was anxiously waiting for the cold weather in Cesme, thinking that I would freeze again :)))
Fortunately for me, one day while walking through the city in the evening, I saw cute round multi-colored tables on the street.
This cafe is located on the main street of Cesme, in front of a beautiful historical building, which is beautifully lit up in the evening and you can see the beautiful autumn trees in the light of the lanterns so beautifully...
The next day, my daughter Daryna and I were walking after swimming in the sea and decided to sit outside, since the day was still warm.
There's a special pleasure in people-watching when I'm sitting in a nice cafe. Here I heard my native language... A woman with a suitcase was telling another woman about her story...
Of course, my Daryna wants ice cream :)
And I tasted an exclusive Turkish baklava with chocolate with my tea.
Next time we came here again. We went inside Cafe İmren, where it smelled delicious of bread and fresh pastries.
Here was a very original design.
Thanks and
for creating a great community Cinnamon Cup Coffee for good coffee lovers :)
We sat down on a comfortable sofa with pillows and ordered, as usual, three cups of Turkish tea in exclusive glass glasses with a narrow neck that keep the tea hot for a long time!
My daughters chose several cakes: with poppy seeds, with apples and meringue. We always take one different one at a time and taste it, because we are gourmets! We love just a little bit of something delicious :)
As always, a photo in the mirror for good memories...
Suddenly, in another part of the cafe, we saw Turkish coffee machines "Arzum Okka"! I first saw these coffee machines in Turkey! After all, several years ago I was engaged in the sale of these coffee machines in Ukraine. And organized a coffee club! Turkish coffee in Ukraine :)
Pleasant nostalgic memories came over me. I ordered a cup of coffee for myself. It was served traditionally with Turkish delight and a glass of water.
This post is written about where I am now. But I'll be back to telling my travel story, sequentially describing all the places I changed in my #TheLongestTrip
I thank everyone for your support ❤️
