It was impossible for me to participate in the Coffee Shop Prompt of week 43 ,but this one made me think of showing you Café Habana located at the corner of Mercaderes and Amargura streets in Old Havana , this coffee shop I really like to visit it again and again just because of the warmth of its workers, which makes you feel at home ,besides the atmosphere invites us to relax, enjoying a hot or cold drink, and maybe also a delicious snack.
This cafeteria is one of the simplest in the city, it does not boast of an elegant decoration or comfortable furniture, but the decorative details are warm and friendly, with subdued colors, offering soft and quiet music so that customers feel in a pleasant atmosphere.
Their offers are also very simple, nothing sophisticated, but with the typical Cuban flavor such as freshly roasted coffee, fresh infusions, hot chocolates. They strive to offer a wide variety of pastries, snacks or light meals, prepared with fresh and tasty ingredients.
As I said at the beginning, customer service is a determining factor at Café Habana, the staff is very friendly, attentive and patient, willing to provide quality service and meet the needs of customers.
It has the ability to create a personalized and welcoming experience for each one of us, making a difference and fostering loyalty to the place. In general, people who work nearby have this café as their first choice when they need to eat something or have the opportunity to spend a pleasant time after work.
Really the location and the environment are also factors that influence to be able to visit this cafeteria frequently and of course its attractive prices, which in the current conditions for ordinary Cubans (as we say in Cuba to people who do not have high financial resources) are quite economical.
I like this Café not only for offering good coffee, but for creating a sensory and emotional experience that makes users feel welcome, relaxed and satisfied.

Me fue imposible participar en el Coffee Shop Prompt de la semana 43 ,pero este me hizo pensar en mostrarle al Café Habana situado en la esquina de las calles Mercaderes y Amargura en La Habana Vieja , está cafetería me gusta mucho visitarla una y otra vez solo por la calidez de sus trabajadores, que hace que te sientas como en casa ,además el ambiente nos invita a relajarnos, disfrutando de una bebida caliente o fría, y quizás también de un bocado delicioso.
Esta cafetería es una de las más sencillas de la ciudad, no ostenta de una decoración elegante ni de muebles confortables, pero los detalles decorativos son cálidos y amigable, con colores tenues, ofrecen una música suave y tranquila de manera que los clientes se sienten en un ambiente agradable.
Sus ofertas son también muy simples, nada sofisticado, pero si con el típico sabor cubano como café recién tostado, infusiones frescas, chocolates calientes.se esfuerzan por ofrecer una variada oferta de repostería, bocadillos o comidas ligeras, preparadas con ingredientes frescos y sabrosos.
Como les decía al principio la atención al cliente es un factor determinante en el Café Habana, el personal es agradable muy amable, atento y paciente, dispuesto a brindar un servicio de calidad y a satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
Tiene la capacidad de crear una experiencia personalizada y acogedora para cada uno de nosotros, marcando la diferencia y fomentando la fidelidad al lugar, en general las personas que trabajan cerca tiene este café como primera opción, cuando necesitan comer algo o tiene la oportunidad de pasar un rato agradable a la salida de su jornada laboral.
Realmente la ubicación y el entorno también son factores que influyen en poder visitar esta cafetería con frecuencia y por supuesto sus atractivo precios, que en las condiciones actuales para los cubanos de a pie (como decimos en cuba a las personas que no tiene altos recursos financieros) son bastante económicos.
Me gusta este Café no solo por ofrecer buen café, sino por crear una experiencia sensorial y emocional que hace que los usuarios se sientan bienvenidos, relajados y satisfechos.
