Natural Mint Tea
Today was the day to have tea that I hadn't had for a long time.
Today the weather is very cold outside and on top of that I have to go to work in the afternoon which always costs especially on the weekend.
Looking at my garden in the morning and observing it, I saw my planting, albeit small, with mint and I immediately remembered that I could make a beautiful peppermint tea on top of the mint that I cultivate in my garden.
I couldn't resist the idea and made this natural mint tea very good with many benefits for our health.
This is the simplest, just heat water and add some mint leaves and stir for 2 to 3 minutes, leaving it to cool and then drinking natural as I do, but there are people who like to add sugar and here it is more natural.
Here in the morning, still in my pajamas, I went to my garden and picked these beautiful mint leaves
As you can see, just a few leaves from the top of the plant are enough to make our beautiful tea
Here are some approximate photos of the mint leaves I used for tea
We put boiling water and add the leaves and then stir for a few minutes.
And that's how our tea is made, just be careful and let it cool down a little because the tea is very hot when it has just been made.
Friends and community I hope you liked this idea of this natural tea from my garden.
It was delicious and very good for this cold weather, it has many benefits for health and you already know everything that is natural that we grow in our land always has a different flavor and is much better.
I wish everyone a good Sunday and see you in the next post.
