Today I bring you exclusive content about a coffee shop in Tenerife 🇮🇨 that I had been wanting to visit for a while and hadn't had the chance until today.
Today, March 10, I had my appointment at the South Hospital in Tenerife. I left my house at 9am to take a bus to Los Cristianos, the area where I make the connection to go to the South Hospital. As my appointment was at 11am I had plenty of time and decided to embark on the adventure of visiting this little cafe that I had been longing to visit for a long time.
Today I had the opportunity and I tell you that there is no waste. This cafe is called The Work Café, it is located in the south of Tenerife in the tourist area of Los Cristianos, just a few steps from the bus stop. Since I entered this cafe evoked a calm and relaxed atmosphere, despite the fact that there was a little boy walking around 😂 at the table where his mother was.
This was not an impediment to enjoy my delicious leche y leche, typical coffee from Tenerife, accompanied by a delicious mixed ham and cheese sandwich. I paid 1,60€ for my coffee (which was super good 😍☕) and 2,90€ for my sandwich. I found the sandwich a bit pricey for its size and content but I enjoyed it. But overall, I found the prices to be quite affordable.
Not to mention the attention of its workers is special. The girl at the bar knows several languages and as there were several foreigners in the place, I was watching her and she excelled with her attention.
My intention to visit this place was because on social media they were talking very well about this small and cozy cafe. They have a big artificial cherry tree and I think it's cute, it looks very chic to take epic photos in the place. On the other hand, don't think that they only serve coffee and savory dishes. Their menu is very extensive and ranges from typical coffees, special coffee-based drinks, baggels, sandwiches, pizzas and many delicious sweets. The truth is that I came alone and quickly to make time to go to my doctor's appointment. But I will be back soon for those special coffee and liquor drinks because they looked very appetizing.
