Hi there! What's up for today? I woke up early this morning to finish my task in beautifying our Christmas Tree. I have to rearrange our Sala seat to accommodate our Christmas Tree. I had been looking for our recipe book because Antonia forgot where she place it and moving our things led me to finding what I had been looking for!
Well, you know guys, I had been into this cake business 2 decades ago. I love to make layers of wedding cakes because I love decorating them. When my daughter went abroad, it has become her little business too, hence she had collected all the necessary tools and equipments in baking. One of the specialty that we love to bake is our delicious Moist Chocolate Cake. We receive orders too.
Well, Christmas is in the air so I would like to share our little secret about what made our chocolate cakes more tasty. You know what, coffee adds on to the flavorful preparation.
That's what I had been looking for: Our recipe book! As you can see, the one with red arrow spells ESPRESSO COFFEE. Yes my dear readers, a dash of coffee in a chocolate cake makes a big difference.
This is my daughter's favourite. Cupcakes in various fillings are more saleable too. Despite the heavy toppings, you can still taste the choco-coffee savoring.
I baked this too. A sweetened cherry will add to the flavor.
Antonia love to watch what the elders were doing because she wanted to bake her own someday.

See, you can see the moist look of her cake. That was her first chocolate cake and mind you guys! It was so deliciouso! I felt the warmth in my heart. It made me proud of her. It was a dream come true!
I accept orders too and deliver them within the city proper only using my motorcycle.
For our mocha cake, we put the same ingredient and that is coffee! This is my Christmas gift to those who want to bake their personalized chocolate cakes.
At the end of the day, I still make my own coffee too!
