When plan A doesn't go well, be sure to have an alternative plan.
Howdy people of this amazing community? How are you today? Does your plan goes well today? Well, if not, make sure to have another plan to not ruin your day!
For today, I will be sharing with you our unplanned stopover at one of the newest cafè in Balamban, Cebu - BTU Coffee. Located near Gaisano Balamban in Barangay Lakdon, Balamban, Cebu. This is also my participation to #TheCoffeeShopPromt Week 73.
Together with my circle of friends, we wanted to have a ride towards Mags Peak in Trancentral Highway but it was not realized because while traveling, we met along a heavy rain and was stranded for almost an hour before reaching our destination.
So, to enjoy the remaining hour while waiting for the rain to stop, we had to shift to plan B and make our stopover here at the newest cafe in Balamban. Because of the unexpected weather update, we need to find solutions to not ruin our day.
This cafe is so cozy. The interior is well-planned that shows an aesthetic and modern designs. Its chairs is a mixture of black and white stripes of color. The room has its well-lighted led lights that gives a comforting ambiance to the dine-in costumers. The ceiling and the furnitures compliment to the colors of the cafè which is very relaxing and comfy to stay.
To answer this weeks prompt, I prefer a seat nestled away from the window. This is because I usually go out with my friends over coffee so seating near the window feels like an odd to us during our conversation. For me, seating near the window while drinking coffee will easily get distracted when somebody is passing by. We usually talk a lot during coffee time and it's better if we go near to a secluded part or preferably bigger area to enjoy drinking our coffee without getting distracted.
While waiting for our orders, I had the chance to take pictures and roam around. The place is spacious which can accommodate a lot of costumers for dine-in. I can also say that the place is clean and relaxing to stay. The staffs are very accommodating in a way that they assure that costumers will have a great experience.
This place is not just for coffee lovers but they also have other refreshments and other variety of foods for you to choose from the menu to satisfy your cravings.
Enjoying our coffee and food while talking a lot makes sense during this rainy day. Seems like nothing happened. We were so full while going out of the place. Lucky for us the rain stops. A stopover to this coffee shop with your friends help a lot when planned one is almost ruin with unexpected weather disruption.
