VERSIÓN EN INGLÉS
A warm welcome to my blog. Happy Sunday rest friends, I hope you are having a relaxing day and that you are enjoying a good cup of coffee.
A week ago I shared with you my concern and uncertainty during the elaboration of an administrative work of one of the institutions where I work, this was creating me a great uncertainty and anxiety because I could not find a timely response to the problem. However, that day my husband and I were able to advance half of the assigned work and during the rest of the week we were trying to finish it.
I had the tension of all the teachers and even some students asking when they were going to have their schedules ready and this pressure had me stressed, overwhelmed and in a very bad mood, my husband and I spent most of the week going to bed super late trying to respond to their requests and the various changes that were made in the process and finally on Wednesday we concluded the total development of schedules, but because of some meetings and other work responsibilities, we had not been able to deliver the schedules to the teachers.
So on Friday after a very rainy morning I went to assemble the information board for the students and as the weather was quite cold we took the opportunity to take a break and enjoy a hot negrito, which was perfect to help me relax my work tension and create a calm atmosphere among all the staff.
Once the bulletin board was finished and all the work schedules of the teachers and students were printed, their folders were assembled and we assigned a meeting for the respective delivery after noon.
When I arrived, everyone was expectant and curious to know what their working days were going to be, since currently due to the critical situation of the institution we do not have the appropriate physical space to attend to the enrollment, so we are only working 3 times a week.
I began my speech by apologizing for the delay in the delivery of the schedules and invited them to work as a team and support us to promote a quality and equal education by training area, I could perceive a good vibe in the environment and the willingness to work even when the economy continues to hit us hard.
Some doubts and concerns were clarified and then we enjoyed our cup of coffee to close our meeting with a black gold clasp and a special aroma in our offices.
We can all have tough days, but when we decide to leave our concerns behind and accompany our burdens with a cup of coffee, we can see the big picture with greater clarity.

TODO GRAN ESFUERZO TIENE SU RECOMPENSA // TRABAJANDO EN COMPAÑÍA DEL CAFÉ [ENG-ESP]
Tengan toda una cordial bienvenida a mi blog. Feliz domingo de descaso amigos, espero estén teniendo un día relax y que se estén deleitando con una buena taza de café.
Hace una semana les compartí mi preocupación e incertidumbre durante la elaboración de un trabajo administrativo de una de las instituciones donde laboro, esto me estaba creando una gran incertidumbre y ansiedad al no encontrar una respuesta oportuna a la problemática. Sin embargo, ese día entre mi esposo y yo pudimos avanzar la mitad del trabajo asignado y durante el resto de la semana ir tratando de culminarlo.
Tenía la tensión de todos los docentes y hasta de algunos estudiantes preguntado cuando iban a tener sus horarios listo y esta presión me tenía estresada, abrumada y de muy mal humor, mi esposo y yo pasamos casi toda la semana acostándonos súper tarde intentando responder a sus solicitudes y los diferentes cambios que se hicieron en el proceso y finalmente el día miércoles dimos por concluida la elaboración total de horarios, pero por algunas reuniones y otras responsabilidades laborales, no habíamos podido entregar los horarios al personal docente.
Por lo que el día viernes luego de una mañana muy lluviosa me fui a montar la cartelera informativa para los estudiantes y como estaba el clima bastante frio aprovechamos la opción de tomarnos un break y degustar un negrito calentito que me cayó como anillo al dedo para ayudarme a relajar mi tensión laboral y crear entre todo el personal un ambiente tranquilo.
Una vez culminada la cartelera e impreso todos los horarios de trabajo de los docentes y los estudiantes, se armaron sus carpetas y asignamos una reunión para después del medio día hacer la entrega respectiva.
Cuando llegue todos estaban a la expectativa y con la curiosidad de saber cuáles iban a ser sus días de trabajo, ya que actualmente por la situación crítica de la institución no contamos con espacio físico acorde para poder atender a la matricula, por lo que solo estamos laborando 3 veces por semana.
Inicie mi intervención pidiendo disculpas por el retraso en la entrega de los horarios y los invite al trabajo en equipo y apoyarnos para fomentar una educación de calidad e igualitaria por área de formación, pude percibir una buena vibra en el ambiente y la disposición a trabajar aun cuando la economía nos continúe golpeando fuertemente.
Se aclararon algunas dudas e inquietudes y luego disfrutamos de nuestra taza de café para cerrar nuestra reunión con broche de oro negro y un aroma especial en nuestras oficinas.
Todos podemos tener día fuertes, pero cuando decidimos dejar nuestras inquietudes y acompañar nuestras cargas con una taza de café, podemos ver el panorama con una mayor claridad.
