Nothing beat sipping a coffee surrounded by lush greenery
Hi! Back again with another cafe hopping!
This time, I want to share about a tropical cafe I discovered in my city. To be honest, this cafe is called AADK, which is the one I wrote about not so long ago. However, I visited another location to find out which one felt the most comfortable. This branch is smaller than the previous one I visited before. But even from the entrance, you can feel the tropical design of this cafe. It actually has an indoor area, but I chose to explore the semi-outdoor area instead.
As you can see, the natural lighting and maximum ventilation provide good air circulation. I've also read somewhere that one of the tropical elements contains a sloping roof. Furthermore, the high ceilings help to expel hot air upwards, keeping the room naturally cool. Several lanterns hanging there to be lit at night also add a beautiful design touch, even in the afternoon.
The color palette used in this cafe also tends to be neutral , combined with accents of natural colors, like brown and green. And of course, there are plenty of tropical plants surrounded each seating area. Green elements like plants indoors or in the open courtyard are an integral part of tropical design, creating a strong connection with nature. The furniture also uses materials like bamboo and rattan.
This corner below is probably my favorite. On my second or third visit, I always choose this particular introvert corner, hehe.
I ordered a safe option; the brown sugar latteđ Brown sugar always feels like the right choice wherever I order it from. Yes, some cafes tend to make their lattes quite sweeter, but Iâm okay with this one. This brown sugar latte doesnât taste too sweet, even though the coffee is also not that strong. The price at this cafe are reasonable, from the coffee to the dishes menu.
I walked further into the back area to the praying room, then I found a different seating area as you can see below. There's a spot filled with plants that almost looks like a wall. There are also a few small trees that looks shady, but thatâs a joke of course because any outdoor area is feels incredibly hot here in my cityđ
That area is definitely more suitable for hanging out in the evening or at night. Because the last seating is on the top floor and looks like a rooftop area where you can see several city buildings around with its lighting turned on at night. It used to be a quite popular spot for most people taking pictures from. So yeah, each corner of this cafe has its own characteristic and visitors can enjoy depending their preferences.
Thatâs it for todayâs cafe hopping story! Thanks for reading as always, have a great day :)
