Greetings,
Dear community, it's been a while since I've been in these halls, I've been a little busy and haven't had time to enjoy a good coffee and a nice company.
A few days ago I showed a post visiting La Hacienda Ron Santa Teresa this station has a restaurant, a bodeg贸n and recreation areas, that day I was in a hurry so I did not realize that in the bodeg贸n they sell coffee and not just any coffee but Caf茅 Alcatraz, this coffee is produced by the company and is of very high quality, in fact in the beginning they only produced it for export.
A year or so ago it was located in any store until I did a reviews around here, days later I had the opportunity to return to the bodeg贸n exclusively to taste a good coffee with them.
The coffee is called alcatraz coffee just like their brand, this coffee consists of the preparation of a mocha or mocaccino type coffee, which as we all know is an espresso coffee with milk and a portion of cocoa.
The difference of the alcatraz coffee is that apart from being a mocha coffee they add as a house recipe an ounce of araku coffee liqueur, which is a coffee liqueur produced in the company.
I like my coffee very strong so I ordered it that way, I really liked to follow the process of the barista, he followed the instructions very well and was very careful with the details, the machine well purged, the milk straight into the stainless steel carafe and full milk of very good quality.
In the cup I put the spoonful of cocoa powder and the ounce of coffee liqueur, stirred and then put the cup on top of the machine to put the coffee.
The process of adding the milk and creating the drawing if I saw a technique for the first time and is that after heating the milk changes the pitcher to serve in a smaller one, I think it is easier to achieve to make the drawings.
Now our coffees are ready and if I forgot to mention that I enjoyed this coffee with while the other guys were talking about the hivesummit, while I was taking the pictures for the publication
was taking a video of the process.
The barista's final suggestion was to taste the coffee before adding sugar, since the coffee liqueur is sweet and almost always provided the necessary sweetness for most palates.
The coffee in this way is really exquisite, the touch of the liqueur is very outstanding but everything is enjoyed as a whole, but after a few minutes you feel the alcohol vapor in your ears and it gives warmth 馃ぃ馃ぃ.
I hope this entry is to your liking and God bless you greatly.
The photos are my own taken with my cell phone.
