Greetings dear community friends, it is a pleasure for me to participate in this conversation on such an exciting topic. Firstly, I must tell you that I deeply appreciate the basic information to carry out this writing, since until now I had no knowledge about these types of coffee, especially Kopi Luwak coffee and its unique and exotic process. However, to the surprise of many, I would like to tell you that I personally love to discover new things, try new flavors and learn more about the cultures and processes of civilizations, for this reason, I would not hesitate to try this Indonesian coffee and interview myself. With its people, I am learning its most indigenous processing techniques and the particular characteristics that surely distinguish each of the places in the country where this rare variety is produced. I would even like someone experienced in adulthood to explain to me why they decided to value the leftovers left by this animal.
Surely at this point, you are already thinking that I am missing a screw in my head, but I assure you that it is not like that, rather the opposite I am expeditionary of the world, and I deeply respect the culture and values of people and the characteristics of populations I could give an example of this on a trip I made to the Brazilian jungle where I had the opportunity to try a kind of pudding called ice cream whose main component is animal brains, a similar thing happened to me when I visited China and I tried a lot of really delicious dishes that in the western side of the world we would not even think of trying.
I'm sorry I don't have more knowledge about Indonesia to tell you a little more about its gastronomic riches, but today I wrote to a friend from that country that I met through a social network a while ago to see if she can tell me a little more about this thing. So strange what they do with that coffee and that animal. I hope you liked my point of view, I say goodbye and send you a big hug.
