KOPIIN
Hello everyone, I want to tell you about an art work that I did for a friend who owns a coffeeshop, he asked me to beautify the look of his coffeeshop with a Japanese feel.
above is my illustration of his old coffeeshop before moving to a new place that I will be working on.
The first one he asked me to write KOPIIN which was translated into Japanese on a cloth to be displayed in front of the bar.
then proceed with writing SLAMAT DATANG in Japanese style but still writing on alphabet.
The word SLAMAT DATANG is Indonesian - which means WELCOME.
he also asked me to draw a sunrise to put above the words SLAMAT DATANG.
and this is the result :)
After making something on cloth, he also asked me to make some framed posters to display where the customers sitting.
That's all I can convey from what my friend asked for, but later I will update my work again at this coffeeshop.
For the next he asked me to make Japanese box lanterns as street lights and also murals to beautify some spots.
A Coffeeshop is not only about delicious snacks and drinks but also has to make visitors comfortable.
