Hello dear friends who frequently visit this exquisite, delicious and fun Community, just like me.
Here I bring you another of my many experiences with that medicine of the soul, coffee, which generously helps me to maintain a significant balance in my daily experiences.
On December 31, 2022, we gathered a number of siblings and nieces and nephews with my mom in the city of Valencia/Venezuela.
After midnight, we did a little game to distract us and laugh a lot, this is the Chinese exchange, which was based on candy for an amount of $ 5 per person. In this exchange the numbers are given out according to the amount of people that are going to participate, at that moment we were 11 people including my beautiful mother.
The numbers are given out, number 1 starts by choosing a gift from the table (everyone places their gift there), all these gifts are well covered so that no one knows what is inside. When number 2 comes, he/she has the option to steal the gift from number 1 if he/she likes it, or take another one from the table and so on until the last participant is reached.
This game is a lot of fun because sometimes you steal a gift because you really like it and another participant comes and takes it away.
On this occasion my mother, laughing her head off, took a box of chocolates from my sister and she was very happy about it, and when it was the turn of another of my brothers to participate she took the box of chocolates and gave him a paneton (which she did not want) and her face was a poem, she almost pouted like a little girl, hahahaha.
But at the end of the game my brother gave her back her box of chocolates and also left her the paneton, that lady was super happy with her two gifts, hahaha.
A few days later, when all my brothers and nephews went to their respective homes, my mother took out her paneton and invited me to taste an exquisite coffee with milk, only on the condition that I did it, I immediately accepted her proposal, I made the coffee with milk, I ate the paneton and I sat with her to enjoy her happy face, while she told me: "Daughter, that coffee was delicious.
We talked for a long time while we laughed about the origin of that delicious paneton. Once again I enjoyed this moment with my two great loves: my dear mother and my adored coffee.
So far this little review with my inseparable friend (THE COFFEE), I hope you enjoyed it and I am very happy that you made it this far.
I say goodbye until very soon with another of my stories in this distinguished and dear Community.
