A necessary introduction
I can't describe the mystery that surrounds this relationship, but the truth is that having a cup of coffee is what I enjoy most in life.
However, the most visited place these days was not a sumptuous cafe nor can I show such beautiful photos. What I can assure you is that this place is a treasure of life, love, and coffee. I am referring to the Topes de Collantes Coffee House.
Sitting or standing, inside or outside?
I could say that in this place you can be sitting or standing because you will always learn and enjoy and for those who write there is nothing better than learning while enjoying. What I do every time I go to this place is go in because I don't like to miss any of the explanations that the barista gives us about the coffee and the different ways of preparing it.
But, on these occasions, in addition to being inside the Coffee House, I also decided to be seated. I must clarify that, despite being seated, I was standing and walking for a long time, sometimes asking about the different utensils and other times listening to the explanations next to the barista.
The truth is that in any way you can enjoy this place because the environment and the people who work there make you feel like family.
If I had to say why I sat in the Coffee House these would be the main reasons:
• The cozy and simplicity of the place that combines a welcoming nature with an atmosphere that makes you see that you are in a place dedicated to cultivating the coffee culture;
• The human quality of the staff who works in this place;
• The variety of coffee they prepare, being able to see it live accompanied by the barista's explanation;
• The culture that local workers have about coffee;
• The excellent quality of the coffee they offer;
• For being a great place to sit with friends and start a conversation
• The great variety of utensils and tools that are in the place and that show us the different stages that this crop has gone through, from its emergence to the present day.
A final comment
For these and other reasons I always decide to enter and sit at the Coffee House, but there is another one that is essential for me and that is that each visit to this place constitutes learning about coffee, its emergence, its properties, countries where it is most produces, its varieties what makes me come out with a coffee culture that makes me proud.
But there is a deeply sentimental reason because while I take this journey through the history of coffee my head takes a journey to the bowels of my maternal grandmother who was the one who taught me to love this delicious drink called COFFEE.
