Saturday morning, when most of people take time to stay on bed and take a rest after a long hard working week, I wander somewhere in my district with the purpose of looking for a gentle ambiance to enjoy a delicious my cup of coffee.
Not as usual as I did before, instead of searching for one place on the map app or google in advance, I just drive my motorbike in the beaten road, look at around and pick up randomly a coffee shop. I have eliminated some of familiar ones such as coffee house, highland, chat café…that I always drop by in every weekend.
Then Katinat coffee shop is my last choice. That is the one I have been heard a lot from my friends with the good reviews about drinks and vibe. I do not think this one has the branch in the place I live. I am surpised!
With the cold and low colors scheme, I would love it at the first sight on the other side of road. Katinate coffe shop located in the crowded street with 4 floors in the building, Katinate owns the large space for serving and seeling the drinks. Here is the ideal coffee shop for one who loves the sunshines, natural light and the space for working or uniting.
I get a few problems with the drinks.
By ordering a cup of hot cappuchinno, I emphasize the batender that I order it for using in the shop, not by taking away. I think they would make it in a pretty cup as I used to get it before in other shops. On the contrary, my capuchino is in the disposable cup with a plastic cover on the top. Haha…I am quite speechless in a second. Maybe using the disposable cup for all drinks is the style of this shop. I should ask this thing before ordering, it is my carless mistake.
I go on and go down stairs just in order to pick up the best ideal seat with the nice view and the silent ambiance as I want.
The taste of coffee is quite so so to me, not too much strong flavour but less sweet. To be honest, capuchino did not leave any mark for me. I should rather order a cup of traditional milk coffee than this one. Lol! Well, this is a remarkable experience for me as well.
Never mind, those things also can not down my mood in the end. Instead of being uncomfortable with drink, I enjoy my lonely time quite good. They open the slight music in the café shop, so I can wear the headphone and listen to my fav music playlist by the medium volume. I can totally focus on my laptop and keep creating my ideas for the future plans with my small upcoming business.
A lesson I got today is:
Sometimes, a strange coffe shop can not give me all things that I want, so I have to learn how to balance and adjust unwanted things to the normal things. Cause life is impermanance and first things first, we have to be flexible. Well, that is my lesson from a cup of cappuchino today.
