Hello, everyone! How are you doing? Today I went to the supermarket and, among so many brands of coffee, I wanted to try one that I had already enjoyed at a friend's house. I was fascinated by its intense flavor and penetrating aroma. I'm talking about Café La Nonna.
With a quality-guaranteed product like this, I can relax at home during these busy days, since I'll be doing most of my activities here in my home office. It's a blessing to have this space.
To be honest, I love working from home, without interruptions and without having to get too dressed up. A high ponytail and comfortable clothes are my ideal outfit. This is my favorite place; I enjoy the calm and silence while I concentrate on my tasks. It's amazing how the peace of my home allows me to focus.
So I take advantage of this to organize the content of my blog and my university activities, as well as my children's school activities. Although we are on school vacation, I still have to attend meetings and take care of upcoming registrations, while I continue with my master's studies. The truth is, the to-do list never ends.
That's why I make the most of my time at home, where I manage everything, hehehe! Soon I will have some meetings at my son's high school, where he has been promoted to his fifth year of high school. I already received his report card, but the enrollment process and some contributions to improve the classroom are still pending. Then I'll take care of other activities related to graduation, but without having to go to the high school. It's a relief to be able to manage these procedures remotely.
My youngest son still has his end-of-year party and the registration process, while I continue to attend classes for the rest of this month and, perhaps, at the beginning of next month. A few years ago, my daily life was very busy. I don't know if I've aged a lot lately, but now I want to live in a calm way: enjoy a delicious coffee, organize my day without rushing, eat well, and sleep soundly. I greatly value every moment of tranquility.
These vacations will not be for sleeping late as I thought, because I have realized that I am more productive when I exercise in the mornings. However, when I don't sleep well and my sleep periods are short, when I wake up I feel like I want to keep sleeping. It's a constant tug-of-war with rest.
I'm making a lot of adjustments to my daily routine. Although everything hasn't fallen into place yet as I would like, and no one said it would be perfect, I just have to balance things out and be as productive as possible, taking the necessary breaks. I'm taking the time to enjoy a good cup of coffee and, of course, continue using my new coffee maker, which has been an excellent purchase and I hope will last me many years. I'm fascinated by it! We're halfway through the year and now the changes and new adventures continue, so I'm preparing myself for whatever comes next.
