This is a glass of Gayo Arabica coffee, the coffee grounds were sent by my friend who is a native of Takengon-Aceh Tengah where the coffee comes from.
My friend has his own coffee plantation, processing factory and coffee shop.
Coffee from the Gayo area is one of the best coffees and has been included in the menus of world-famous coffee outlets.
I have my own way of brewing coffee, so it still has the best taste. It was my friend who taught me how when I visited him 4 years ago.
Due to the brew itself, it is not possible to make variations in the appearance as it looks in coffee shops out there.
I'm a person who doesn't really care about looks. If it's tidy, it's enough to appreciate meeting other people. Just as in my habit of drinking coffee, the appearance of the coffee doesn't really matter.
Taste is the most important thing to me. Coffee doesn't need to be a famous brand, famous brand coffee is only a factor of branding and prestige. Because there is an extra price you have to pay for that branding and prestige. It should be money we don't have to spend. You know what I mean?
Finally, it's not about where we should drink coffee. But, what coffee do we drink?
Best Regards
