This is from my Turkey album. In Turkey there are couple of places that enchanted me completely. Istanbul is the most popular destination for tourist, but let me tell you, that Istanbul is just average in comparison to other parts of Turkey. I found Pammukale, Cappadocia and Antalya more attractive than Istanbul. Well Istanbul is full of history and has some amazing historical places to visit, whereas the other parts of Turkey are flowing with natural beauty of varied landscapes.
In the dry land of Cappadocia, I experienced the fairy chimneys and the underground cities, whereas in Antalya it was all about gorgeous beach views and waterfalls. Sadly, we had very limited time at each place. I feel that one must spend at least 4 to 5 days in each of these cities to experience them in the best manner.
That's a good view of the Mediterranean sea running across the Antalya coastline. I did spend some time at one of the beaches, but not this one.
You get the sea view from all over the city, and there are so many viewing galleries running through the road parallel to the sea.
I have seen some equally fascinating views in Dubrovnik, which are better then these also, and here in Oman also we have a gorgeous beaches, so it is not something that I am seeing for the first time. But still it is very beautiful and feels magical.
The beauty of this place is that it's maintained very well, everything is very neat and clean. If I have an opportunity, I will surely like to visit this place again once more, as I do not feel that I had enough of this city. It is an expensive city, but worth visiting.
