In a long time, this has been one of the best drives. The drive was all along the coastal road giving a very beautiful view of the Arabian Sea. Yesterday, I shared some pictures of the part of our drive on the same road where we got rains on the way and the beautiful sighting of the Rainbow. It was all wishes come true. Today I will share the remaining part of our journey. It was a total of 4-hour drive but the views were so amazing on the way and the weather was too good to resist, so we took multiple breaks on the way to click pictures wherever we got opportunity to stop by.
This particular drive made me remember my train journey from Geneva to Montreux where all the way there was the beautiful Lake Geneva view, but the only thing missing here is the greens. Anyways I feel the rugged mountains also have its own charm.

We were totally 15 of us in 4 cars and all of us made sure to be together. These roads are very deserted so for safety purpose it is best to be together. As such Oman is a very safe country and no such incidents happen, but being together helps if there is any vehicle break down or any such other instances. In all these years I have never heard of any kind of robbery or such incidents happening on the road. The only thing that can occur on these roads if you exceed the speed is accidents. Even if you are travelling at midnight alone on these roads you are very safe. And if you call the police helpline they will be there within 10 to 15 minutes.
This is the type of weather that I am always in love with. It's perfect for a long drive.

In India places like these will be full of vehicles and people, but here in Oman you barely find a soul in such places. Thank God, that's what makes these types of places so beautiful.
