Last week during one of my travels when I was returning from a outstation day trip and it was almost midnight. I was exhausted since it was a long day, I had started the journey at 5 a.m. and then the whole day was hectic, spending almost 10 hours in the train to and fro journey and the remaining time visiting the holy shrines that I had wanted to visit since a long time. Morning when I had left, I was in a rush to take any notice of my surroundings, but night when I returned to the station, I noticed that there were some very attractive lighting effects given to the building. Actually, I have been wanting to make a post on this iconic structure since a long time, I have also clicked pictures of it, but will not do it today, because that's going to be a long one.

Today I just want to share the beauty of this place with the light effects. Since quite some time I wanted to get these images but somehow or the other I could not visit this place during night time. This was a good opportunity and I did not want to miss the opportunity. I got my cab from outside the station and then I requested the cab driver to go on the opposite side of the road and halt for some time so that I could take the pictures. He did agree but he was like, please make it fast, I cannot wait for long. I told him give me just 2 minutes and then he was ok.

This the Victoria Terminus building, it is one of the main railways stations of the city from where the intercity and also the suburban trains operate. One of the largest stations of the City and the most beautiful one also built during the British times.
There is a viewing gallery also on the opposite side of the road from where you can click pictures, specially made for tourist. This is a landmark building in the city and tourist do come to see. During night time, it is a beauty to watch it glow in different shades of lights.

The colors of the lights keep changing, giving different shades to the building.

After a hectic day, this was a good and a very pleasant closure for the day. I wanted to stay here a little longer but then the cab guy was in a hurry, so I had to leave. It was a beautiful sight.
