Hello everyone! It's time for another Sublime Sunday post (originally created by ) and I am sharing some photos I took on a walk around Novi Sad city center earlier today. These past few days it was raining a lot and today we finally had a break from rain so I took the opportunity to go for a walk as yesterday I have spent the entire day inside.
Few days ago, I think it was November 1st, I was passing by the city center and saw that Christmas/New Year's decorations are being put up! In my opinion it's still too early but hey, it is what it is... :D
These colorful snow flakes have been put up on the street lights and I think they will look pretty once they light up.
These balloons for kids always bright up gloomy Fall days as they are so colorful!
There's so many pretty buildings like these ones in the city center and in some other areas of Novi Sad and I love taking photos of them.
City hall and a huge Christmas tree ornament.
Next we have a big Christmas tree and a popcorn selling place next to it...
The Name of Mary church is one of the symbols of Novi Sad and an usual meeting point in the city center.
I continued my walk towards the park and took a shortcut through this passage...
I decided to walk around the Dunavski park a little bit just to enjoy the view of beautiful tree colors that are one of my favorite things about Fall.
A little pond in the middle of the park...
Another detail from the park...
Another fountain and more pretty buildings as I was getting towards the park exit.
As I continued my walk, I noticed these big lightbulbs on some of the trees and I wonder how they're going to look once they light up.
This mural represents Njegoseva street in Novi Sad long time ago and some of the important Serbian people.
That's it for this #SublimeSunday post, I hope you liked this little tour of Novi Sad. Thank you for stopping by! :)
