Ice just everywhere!
Anything above ground coat a (pretty) coating of ice. Thankfully our power held on and didn't fail us for a change today!
That was not stopping Mr Swan for diving for his dinner!
How they can stand to be in that nearly frozen water is a mystery to me.
We got a few gifts wrapped. You can have one. Just grab a Grinch one lol. Guess we better use some name tags... OR perhaps they are all for the OldGuy?!?!
We needed a few parts to start the build on my daughters computer, so we decided to brave the ice and do the two hour drive each way to Micro Center.
Notice the ice on all the brush along the road...

Micro Center usually has an outstanding selection. We bought an AMD CPU and started checking out the AMD video cards. The salesman told us they had some nVidia 1070 ti and 1080s in the back. We asked if he would bring out a bunch so we could compare... He looked at us like we had asked for a kidney!!!! No, he said, I only bring out one video card at a time. Oh course he lowered his voice to a conspiratorial whisper like we were involved in a high dollar drug deal!!!

How often can you buy two Asus 1070 ti's for cheap...Well two grand cheap!?!?!
I would have bought more but I wasnt allowed to. They limit each household to one GPU per 30 days. So in effect I and Ben could not each buy a card because they check your ID. However we were lucky enough to have Ryan buy us one and we bought one. Right now we have them mining Raven coin. I wonder if anything else is better to mine???
Right now they are just powering along (slowly) because Ben doesnt want to be hard on the cards and wants them to last. I want them to last but also to ROI ASAP LOL.
