Guarenas es una Ciudad rica en espacios creados para la recreación natural. Sin embargo, estos espacios desde hace muchísimo año fueron abandonados. Y con el tiempo vino el deterioro y el mal uso de los mismos.
Guarenas is a city rich in spaces created for natural recreation. However, these spaces were abandoned many years ago. And over time, they fell into disrepair and were misused.
En esta oportunidad les hablaremos de la conocida Plaza Miranda o la plaza de la redoma de los pacos (le decía así por qué queda justo frente está el comando policial) En realidad es la Plaza Francisco de Miranda.
On this occasion, we will talk about the well-known Plaza Miranda or the plaza de la redoma de los pacos (it was called that because it is right in front of the police station). Its real name is Plaza Francisco de Miranda.
Esta plaza que fue creada para que sus habitantes disfrutarán de un momento de calma y compartir sano dentro de la cotidianidad de la rutina diaria.

Lugar de concentración para beber, fumar, peleas callejeras, donde la indigencia habitaba y después de que caía la luz del día pasar por allí no era imposible, pero si debías estar muy al pendiente de la situación.
A gathering place for drinking, smoking, and street fights, where the homeless lived, and after daylight faded, passing through there was not impossible, but you had to be very aware of the situation.
Los barquitos ya estaban destruidos las plantas sin cuidado alguno y conseguías basura en donde debería haber césped o grama. Todo esto sucedió Durante años donde nuestra comunidad permaneció dormida sin poder hacer nada más que acostumbrarse a la situación, pero como el sol siempre debe aparecer.
The boats were already destroyed, the plants were neglected, and there was trash where there should have been grass or lawn. All this happened over years during which our community remained dormant, unable to do anything but get used to the situation, but as the sun must always rise.
Este volvió más fuerte que nunca alumbrando a nuestra ciudad con nuevos cambios y avances. Ya que dicha plaza fue recuperada, y remodelada. Ahora todos podemos disfrutar en familia de sus espacios, ya que cuenta con un área de parque para los más pequeños barquitos para sentarse, una vegetación muy linda.
It came back stronger than ever, lighting up our city with new changes and advances. Now that the square has been restored and remodeled, we can all enjoy its spaces as a family, as it has a park area for the little ones, boats to sit on, and beautiful vegetation.
El diseño es bastante práctico, ya que puedes entrar por las diferentes rutas. La plaza cuenta con una buena iluminación. Área de cargar los teléfonos en caso de ya estar sin batería. Y tiene vigilancia, lo cual garantiza la seguridad y mantenimiento de la misma.
The design is quite practical, as you can enter via different routes. The square has good lighting. There is an area for charging phones if they run out of battery. And it has security, which guarantees its safety and maintenance.
Nos alegra ver qué nuestros espacios estén siendo recuperados, que nuestra población tenga cada vez más partes de lo que alguna vez perdió y en una presentación más actual. Donde hubo oscuridad y abismo hoy a luz y sonrisas de familias y amigos que comparten un día más.
We are happy to see that our spaces are being reclaimed, that our population is regaining more and more of what it once lost, and in a more modern form. Where there was once darkness and despair, today there is light and smiles from families and friends sharing another day together.
