Hi everyone!
Last week I pushed a little post about RVing around Alaska onto your feeds and for our photography friends I wanted to throw down a few more Puffin shots... a bird I had no idea I truly loved until we visited Alaska.
These were taken at the Alaska SeaLife Center in Seward. It was expensive but we had a really great time there...
All of my photos were taken with a Canon 6D - 75-300mm EF 1/4-5.6 lens.
These little cuties have heavier bones than most birds... so they are terrible flyers... it honestly looks like such hard work for them... but they are absolute missles under water/publishing childrens books.
The Alaska SeaLife Center had two stories, so you could see the Puffins walking around this rocky area, and then go downstairs and see the same Puffins diving around looking for nibbles.
Totally recommend if you ever find yourself out that way.
Thanks for reading!
