Modest
This is Maria. She's a professional ballet dancer in the Croatian Public Theater. Originally she's Spanish but she came to live & work in Croatia. We met in the street while I was playing djembe & she just moved into town. She approached me very directly which was a bit of a surprise for me but few months later she was at my birthday party. That's a short history of our friendly relationship.
I see all around me big changes happening in people's lives, including me. We're getting older & mature. She's now on the edge of quitting her job in the theater & at the moment she's practicing both yoga & tai chi which both bring light in her life. She's experiencing kind of a catharsis. I would recommend everyone both disciplines cause they really bring a positive change in people's lives, including mine.
Just recently we had a small music session on the beach. There were only 3 of us & few different instruments. We came around 14:30 h while still was sunny & warm but soon clouds covered the Sun so it instantly became cold. After a while the Sun again appeared but just shortly until it escaped behind a mountain highest on the horizon in the West. Non of us are really professional musicians nor we attended any music school but still we managed to have a long improvising music therapy. During & after I really felt long forgotten happiness which reminded me of the days when I did similar sessions with various friends & musicians more often & actually I felt satisfying ecstasy in all my body & mind & heart. We also made a small fire on the beach which I also didn't do for a long time. The jam session lasted till approximately 20:30 h, until it became too cold for all of us & we decided to leave. It was a real sound therapy!
Maybe soon I also publish parts of that session cause I was recording it with the mobile phone camera...
This photo triggers so many emotions inside of me. I could write them here but I still want you to have your own & not associate with mine.
With this blog post I continue wondering again about next questions which I already posted before... So, lets repeat them:
Who are happy women? When a woman feels happy?
When the woman is happy, she's emitting happiness all around & can make others happy too. So, girls, be happy & satisfied with yourselfs & your lives! Don't expect & wait others to make you feel good cause no one can except you! There is no prince on the white horse!
