Squirrels are one of my favorite animals and I really like to watch them and also like to take pictures of them. That's why I often visit the cementary here in Linz where they can be found in pretty good numbers. A lot of people like the squirrels there and some of them bring nunts for them so they can collect food for the winter.

I already showed you some of the Squirrel pictures some time ago here. But since I already have a bunch of different Squirrel Pictures from the cemetery. You get to see some new pictures in this post. When you gain the animals trust and they come really close to you I find it always amazing how close I can get without them fleeing. Of course often there is a lot of time involved to get the animals used to me and bribing sometimes helps with that. It helps if you know the animals favorite food and provide it to them.

In the cementary "forrest" it was quite a bit dark on some spots so it helped me a lot to use an AUTO-ISO setting on my Camera to get some reasonable pictures of the Squirrels. Since the cementary is just a few kilometers from my homeplace I really need to visit it more often for some bird and Squirrel photography. I would be able to reach it by foot and wouldn't need to go by car too far. Now with the rising gas prices this is a thing to consider, not to drive to far and stay closer to my home. But unfamiliar and new places are still a little more exciting for me. We'll see.
