On my Birthday on 1st of October some years ago, my mother visited Rome together with me and it was a really nice trip to one of the most beautiful cities with a lot of ancient buildings to discover. One of the most famous buildings in Rome is the Colloseo. It is the largest ancient amphitheatre ever built, and is still the largest standing amphitheatre in the world, despite its age. The Colloseo was used for gladiatorial contests and fitted between 50.000 and 80.000 visitors.
On one of the evenings I was there to take some pictures during blue hour. But of course I was not the only photographer that was onsite. Some other tourist also tried to take some pictures and I can still remember that directly behind me there was a woman that tried to do some shots and was a bit dissapointed about her results and even more when she saw my longtime exposure pictures on the display of my Camera. That's why I decided to show her how to improve her picture quality by using a tripod and longer exposure shots.
