This little person is very special to me; she's like a fourth daughter to me. She emigrated from our country, Cuba, for economic reasons—something very common these days—but the distance hasn't stopped us from loving each other as we do. She's now living in Madrid, and recently her husband, who used to be the lead singer of a rock and roll band where my husband is the director, has also joined her. In this photo, I'm showing you a moment we were sharing. They invited us to a restaurant where we had a wonderful time, very much like family. But once again, the longing is hitting us hard. God willing, we can be together very soon. 🙏
I hope God continues to bless us with moments like these 🙏 Sharing with family and friends is very important in these times of so much disunity. I believe the call to unite is quite evident. I am very family-oriented, and we do it whenever we can.
