This is an afternoon natural scene I captured at a modern Islamic boarding school (dayah) in North Aceh. This scene occurred while I was visiting the dayah, right in the dayah's neighborhood.
Clouds in the sky obscured the sun, which was shining brightly. The thick clouds prevented sunlight from penetrating the dense clouds, creating a stunning natural beauty.
The dayah buildings surrounding the dayah bear witness to this natural phenomenon. The prayer room (surau) where the students perform their prayers also bears witness with its simple dome.
The clouds in the sky seem to embrace each other in a soft, wispy atmosphere. This natural atmosphere creates a sense of comfort and serenity for the students as they pursue their studies.
Note: I am writing in Indonesian and using the help of Google translate to translate into English.
