In the midst of a crowd, I photographed an old man raising his hand as if giving direction with a firm attitude. This happened spontaneously; even though he was an old man, his expression and demeanor conveyed a sense of assertiveness. Others stood in front of him, their gazes serious, watching his actions. They were either listening or surprised by his gesture in the crowd.
